Frequently Asked Questions and Rental Rules

Please browse below from some of our most frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, please gives us a call, text, or message! We are always happy to answer any questions you may have 941-812-3347

Question How long is my rental?

Your inflatable will be set up and ready for the full duration of your rental. We typically arrive 1–4 hours before your event to set up, depending on our schedule and the setup requirements. We will contact you a couple of days prior to confirm your delivery window. All rentals are ALL‑DAY rentals. Want to keep it for a second full day? You can — for 50% off the rental price.

Question What are the rental hours?

We can accommodate events of all kinds. Standard delivery begins at 7:00 AM, and pickups can be as late as 8:30 PM.

Question Does the price include delivery and pickup?

es, delivery and pickup are included for most of our service areas: Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Palmetto, Parrish, and Siesta Key. Locations outside these areas may require a small delivery fee.

Question We’ve rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

Absolutely not. Inflatables should never arrive dirty. We clean and disinfect every unit after each rental to ensure a safe, sanitary experience.

Question Do you require a deposit and what if we need to cancel?

We do not require a deposit. If you need to cancel, there is no cancellation fee. However, once we arrive and set up, payment is due in full.

Question What surfaces do you setup on

We can set up on:

  • Grass (our favorite and safest option)
  • Indoors
  • Asphalt
  • Packed gravel
  • Concrete

We cannot set up on sand or rocks, as friction can damage the vinyl.

Question Are inflatables safe?

Yes — inflatables are designed with safety in mind. They are made from fire‑retardant materials and include safety netting. At delivery, we walk you through a full safety checklist so you understand how to operate the unit. All inflatables are staked down for safety. If your setup is on concrete, please let us know ahead of time so we can bring sandbags.

Question Are you insured and can you provide a copy of your insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a copy of our policy upon request. A waiver must be signed at every rental. AeroJump INC Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damage to personal property. After setup, the lessee becomes the operator and is responsible for safe use of the equipment.

Question What about electricity?

Most inflatables require electricity. If you’re renting multiple units, you may need separate circuits. If power is not available, we offer generator rentals. All setups must be within 125 feet of an outlet — we provide the extension cords.

Rental Rules

NOT PERMITTED ❌ Silly String, pens, markers, crayons, baby oil, soap, belt buckles, sharp objects, shoes, drinks, candy, gum, lollipops, balloons
(These can stain or damage the inflatable and will result in additional charges.)

NOT PERMITTED ❌ Pets. Nails can cause extensive damage to inflatables such as stains, scratches, holes, or punctures.

RECOMMENDED ✅ Read over the safety checklist provided as it touches on essential details.

RECOMMENDED ✅ Be prepared for team to pick up inflatables as late as 9:30PM. Do not be frightened to see our staff walking around your home in the late evening. Feel free to ask our customer service team or delivery driver what the pickup window is planned to be.

Things To Do Before We Arrive

  1. Remove any and all pet waste from the path the truck will park to the setup and around   the inflatable.
  2. Let us know of any changes such as tiedown (stakes or sandbags), addressevent times, etc.
  3. Arrange an adult over the age of 18 to direct our staff to the setup location and approve the setup. Please note that the inflatable cannot be moved after the location is determined.
  4. Measure the area where the inflatable will be set up. This also includes height! Some yards have low-hanging tree limbs and/or power cords that can get in the way and damage the inflatable.
